The Tribunal’s offices and courtrooms at Gate House will be closed from 5 pm on Wednesday, 18 March until further notice, in response to Government advice about the coronavirus outbreak. Please do not attend the Tribunal until further notice.
If you wish to contact us, including to send us documents or to contact us about an application or a forthcoming hearing, please do so by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will deal with it. If your query cannot be dealt with by email and you need to speak to someone, please call us on 07498 545841 or 07930 230411. Please do not leave messages in the office for us as we will not be able to retrieve them.
We are actively looking at options for remote hearings and will be testing the feasibility of these over the next week or so, particularly for Case Management Hearings. Any paper based application (for example to vary directions) can still be made and dealt with – please send these to the email@example.com. New applications are also being considered and, if appropriate, issued and served by email. We will be contacting parties directly about the position in respect of individual matters. If you have any queries or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please do not send us items by DX, courier or post as we cannot take delivery of these at the current time.
Please note that we cannot provide audio recordings of hearings at this time.
